This award recognizes those who have achieved a single remarkable accomplishment by setting a compelling vision for something so impactful others might have doubted that it could be done, but did it anyway!
Dr. Bernstein is one of 12 winners from over 125 nominations. Winners were selected based on their distinguished service in research and/or education, transforming care delivery, or improving access to advance health equity. Award to be presented at the 2018 UCSf Alumni Weekend, Chancellor Sam Hawgood luncheon at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in San Francisco on June 2, 2018.
